At Kina Braids By Me, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following policies:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within this window, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit for future bookings.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a fee to book another appointment.
